We had an excellent experience with Giovanni and Capital Roofcare from beginning to end. What stood out immediately was how straightforward and honest they were throughout the entire process. There was no BS, no sales pressure, and no attempt to upsell us on things we didn’t need. They listened to exactly what we wanted, answered our questions directly, and worked with us to make sure the project fit our needs and budget.

The crew showed up first thing in the morning ready to go, and there were about 10 people working on the house all day. They worked incredibly hard and stayed focused from start to finish. They completely tore off the old roof and installed the new one all in a single day, which was honestly impressive to watch. You could tell they were experienced, organized, and knew what they were doing.

What I appreciated most was how smoothly everything went. Communication was solid throughout the process, the cleanup was thorough, and the finished roof looks fantastic. The workmanship feels high quality, and the price was very fair. I would absolutely recommend Capital Roofcare to anyone needing a new roof.

I had a great experience with Capital Roofcare and especially with Giovanni Tapia. They were recommended to me by my neighbor. They replaced my shingle roof in San Francisco. Giovanni was very easy to communicate with. I called him on a Friday night and he went to inspect the roof the next day. He obtained the permit, started and finished the work in less than 1 week from when I initially contacted him. Thank you Giovanni. I would highly recommend them.

We recently had our roof completed by Capital Roofcare, and the experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, and the entire process was handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Giovanni was exceptional to work with. He was consistently responsive, addressed all of our questions in a timely manner, and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the project. His transparency, knowledge, and commitment to customer service truly set him apart.

After receiving estimates from four other companies, Capital Roofcare clearly stood out. Giovanni’s professionalism and dedication to ensuring we felt informed and confident in our decision made all the difference.

We highly recommend Capital Roofcare to anyone in need of roofing services. Their workmanship, communication, and customer care are truly top-notch.
Thank you again for the great work,
Mike & Pam

First experience was the removal of tile a placement of shingles in preparation for solar panels. The crew was awesome. They were personable, efficient and left the area very clean and free of debris. I asked for an estimate to fix an area of the roof separate from the solar install and the job was done the next day. Very happy with the job. They had the roof checked to make sure all was well with the amount of rain we have had recently. No leaks, the tile looks amazing, very happy indeed.
